For the person that is apprehensive about starting to train again or wants a fresh start in a different training regimen.


This training is for everyone as there is no heavy weight lifting. We start by working on your balance and using the stability ball to help strengthen your core muscles and moving your limbs in different planes of movement.   You will see improvements in: balance; coordination; core stability; and strength. 


We use our Iso machine to help build strength.  The main benefit of the Iso is that there is no delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS).  The machine works against the force you produce and, therefore, does not tear the muscle.  This allows you to train and continue to function in your daily life, without pain or soreness.
